Cotton On Group gift cards can only be redeemed in store, at ANY of these Cotton On Group brands: Cotton On, Cotton On Body, Typo, Cotton On Kids, and Rubi Shoes. (e.g If you purchase a Cotton On Kids gift card, you CAN redeem it at either BODY, KIDS, Cotton On, RUBI, TYPO, or a mixture of all.)

Gift Cards purchased online can only be redeemed in Australian stores. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Treat the card like cash as lost, stolen or misplaced cards cannot be replaced.

The amount on the gift card can be verified on request at the time of redemption. This card is valid only for the amount verified in store, and will expire 12 months after the date of issue. Please click here for store locations and phone numbers. You can use your card multiple times until the balance reaches $0. Gift Cards become expired once fully redeemed and cannot be reloaded. Cotton On Group will not refund cash for any unused gift card amount.

Delivery

Gift cards will be delivered by registered post and should arrive within 1- 5 working days depending on location. Registered post requires a signature for delivery, so if the recipient is not home a card is left for them to pick up at their local post office.

A fee of AU$3 for Registered Post and $4 for Express Post items will be charged per delivery address.

Refund Policy

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery or non-receipt of delivery if you provide us with the wrong delivery details.

Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds for the purchase of gift cards online or in store.

Sending a gift card to an address other than yours

You can purchase up to 10 gift cards in one transaction online. Each card CAN be delivered to separate addresses (with a delivery fee of AU$3 per address for Registered Post and AU$4 for Express Post) You can tailor a message to each recipient.

International customers:
Sending a gift from overseas? International customers can purchase Gift Cards online only if the delivery address is in Australia. Gift Card purchase will be in Australian dollars and conversion rates are at the discretion of your credit provider.
